PowerShift Coaching

PowerShift Coaching is your self-empowerment process created by Dr. Jen

PowerShift Coaching is a source to meet your personal power and enhance your life.

www.drjenfurcht.com

Our goal is to teach you how to meet your own inner coach and master the vision you want to create for your life experience. To do this, we need to integrate and activate new aspects of your body, mind, and breath. This whole body integration shifts old patterns, moves energy, increases your vibration and raises your consciousness. Through this process, you meet your intended goal of health, success, and abundance.

What does PowerShift Mean?

PowerShift is a term we use when we want to shift some aspect of your life for the better.  The PowerShift process uses mind, body, and breath in an integrated way, charging up your vision and allowing you to achieve your intention.

Our body is a tool. To live optimally, there is no question, we need to know how to use it to create change from the inside out.  Powershift teaches you this life-changing process in an easy and clear way. Every individual because of their life experience will have a different personal focus internally to move into a higher level of being; still, the concept is the same, and the results are based on one's willingness to meet this new version of themselves.

A PowerShift Moment

A PowerShift Moment is heart-felt shift. In the moment, all of you is present and in the game; you’re using your full power and making a shift for the better.  This results from practicing the tools of enhancing your power from the inside out: you respond with intention, acknowledging what you feel first, moving the  energy, finding engagement, and then taking action. These moments become self-transformational because you are accessing your mastery through life experience. A PowerShift moment is beyond the mind and logic but a connection to your divine self and unlimited possibility.

Meet you Master Self

Dr. Jen and the PowerShift team of experts guide you to meet your master self through integrating (body, mind and breath) key tools: energy work, e-motion movement, nutrition and core strength. PowerShift weaves this mindset into a life-changing process. Take the reigns of your life, and take this opportunity to show yourself what you’re really made of.

Our Story

“We are family. We have fun. We live free. And we practice what we teach. Journey with us” -Dr. Jen.

The PowerShift team is unlike any other life coaching or online wellness program: we’re not just about your nutrition, your energy, or your fitness alone. It’s about utilizing everything, in one integrated whole with some extra added intuition and experience.

Review By Our Satisfied Patient

  • "I was battling with a debilitating foot injury for over a year. Three other doctors said I would need surgery which would likely prevent me from running or jumping, permanently. To say that Dr. Jen simply “cured” my foot, surgery-free, would be a gross understatement. She helped me feel self-fulfillment, impacted my professional growth, and improved my intimate life. Happiness, money, and sex? AND I can jump around like a maniac anytime? Clearly, the idea of “whole you” wellness is no joke--these doctors understand big picture health...through Pilates, Sensei Kara helped me create serious core-strength, and Dr. Jen and Dr. Jamie transformed the way I conceive of health & wellness. Seeing the big picture is so much better. My reality—empowered. My stays at Wholeyou Wellness have changed my life. Period."
