Physical B.E.S.T. is based on scientific principles utilizing light pressure contacts on the surface of the body to address parasympathetic and sympathetic imbalances. Physical B.E.S.T. offers a non-force way to update patterns of stress and discomfort which have been surfacing in both acute pain and chronic conditions.  The physical B.E.S.T. procedure is administered in the prone position, utilizing the prone leg check, palpating muscles, and subsequently holding pressure points along the spine, sacrum, and skull.  When muscles are balanced and the updated pattern restored, spinal muscle spasm and nerve pressure are removed.  Patients/clients often experience immediate relief from symptoms and completely enjoy the painless approach to health and wellness.  The body can heal itself if just given the opportunity.  The pattern unlocks the power and  B.E.S.T. is about identifying the pattern and unlocking the power within each of us.

A note from Dr. Jen:  In all of the healing modalities I have personally experienced and or administered on patients Physical B.E.S.T is by far the quickest and easiest way to experience pain relief and optimal well -being. The simple reason is because we have the ability to tell the brain and nervous system to relieve the stress as opposed to forcefully manipulating the body which causes a defense response. When the body is in stress mode we can not heal and we are in different stresses daily. Recently, I had a patient ask me.... why don't people know about this way of living and this technique? She said the relief is incredible and after years of being told that my issues were permanent this is like magic!! Every single person needs this as a foundation if they are to stay well and maintain a quality of life. Imagine how our "health-care" would change!! This is true and of course I agreed we are not educated on true prevention and effective stress relief on a biochemical level.

Emotional B.E.S.T. utilizes advanced technology developed to update higher brain interference from expression in the physical body. When emotional thoughts such as worry, guilt, fear, judgment, to name just a few, become the overriding factor in our memory patterns, interference with the divine plan for our perfect health and wellness becomes the norm. This interference, formulated by conscious thought which in turn becomes a pattern, prevents the true expression of our physical bodies healing capability. Emotional B.E.S.T. is an advanced procedure to help identify this emotional pattern, update the interference, and then allow the body to function based on current situations rather than past experiences. This is the core of B.E.S.T. technology. This is the pattern for health and wellness. The pattern unlocks the power.

Review By Our Satisfied Patient

  • "I was battling with a debilitating foot injury for over a year. Three other doctors said I would need surgery which would likely prevent me from running or jumping, permanently. To say that Dr. Jen simply “cured” my foot, surgery-free, would be a gross understatement. She helped me feel self-fulfillment, impacted my professional growth, and improved my intimate life. Happiness, money, and sex? AND I can jump around like a maniac anytime? Clearly, the idea of “whole you” wellness is no joke--these doctors understand big picture health...through Pilates, Sensei Kara helped me create serious core-strength, and Dr. Jen and Dr. Jamie transformed the way I conceive of health & wellness. Seeing the big picture is so much better. My reality—empowered. My stays at Wholeyou Wellness have changed my life. Period."
